Privacy Policy

Upflow ("we", "us") is a social study tracker. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

Data we collect

• Account: email address, display name, username, avatar, and authentication tokens.
• Study data: focus sessions, subjects, durations, streaks, goals, achievements.
• Social data: friends, rooms, messages you post, challenges you join.
• Device data: push notification token, basic user-agent string. No location, no contacts.
• Diagnostics: anonymized error reports to keep the app running.

How we use it

• Provide the core product: tracking sessions, leaderboards, rooms, notifications.
• Send you push notifications you opted into (friend activity, goal progress, challenges).
• Detect and fix bugs.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Other users see only the public information you choose to share (display name, avatar, public study activity, room messages).

Storage

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase, EU region) with row-level security.

Your rights

• Access & export: request a copy of your data by email.
• Delete: open Profile → "Delete my account" to permanently wipe your account and all related data.
• Push notifications: toggle them off in your device settings or in the app at any time.
